Nous nous devons de leur garantir l’environnement le plus sûr et le plus sain possible pendant leur séjour chez nous, en adoptant les directives de distanciation sociale et les recommandations et meilleures pratiques préconisées par les instances gouvernementales et l’OMS.
Afin de vous revoir bientôt dans notre petit paradis, l’Ile Maurice, il est important pour nous avant tout de vous accueillir vous et vos proches dans l’environnement le plus sûr et le plus sain possible, comme à la maison.
Le maintien et le respect de nos standards d’opération en matière de propreté et d’hygiène les plus rigoureuses ont toujours été une priorité. Aujourd’hui, compte tenu des effets du COVID-19, et en consultation avec les autorités de santé publique mondiales et locales, nous avons élaboré un protocole sanitaire encore plus rigoureux et exhaustif, applicable à tous les niveaux de nos opérations.
Ce nouveau protocole sanitaire sera appliqué dans la mesure où nos frontières s’ouvrent à nouveau et notre économie redémarre.
Opérations sur le golf et au club house
(Applicable aux clients de Heritage Resorts)
I. RÉSERVATIONS DES PARTIES DE GOLF
- Par téléphone, par courrier électronique ou via la réception des hôtels
- En personne – Aucune réservation ne sera acceptée ou autorisée en personne.
- Informations sur la distanciation sociale pour les golfeurs – Le golfeur reçoit un briefing par téléphone sur les nouvelles procédures les plus importantes et il reçoit également une copie des procédures par e-mail avant sa partie de golf. Une fois les réservations effectuées par les clients de l’hôtel ou leurs agents, ils recevront une confirmation de l’heure de départ et les procédures de distanciation sociale par courrier électronique.
- Intervalles de départ – Les départs seront échelonnés à des intervalles de 15 minutes afin de favoriser une distance sociale naturelle.
- Nombre maximum de golfeurs par jour – Un maximum de 60 joueurs par jour sera autorisé pendant la période critique des 3 premiers mois et pourra être adapté si nécessaire.
II. ARRIVÉE DES GOLFEURS
- Heure d’arrivée – Les joueurs ne peuvent se rendre sur le parcours que 30 minutes au maximum avant leur heure de départ. Les non-golfeurs / spectateurs ne sont pas autorisés.
- Contrôle de sécurité pour les résidents mauriciens – Contrôle de sécurité pour les non-résidents de l’hôtel où la température est prise par la sécurité à la porte d’entrée. Si la température est supérieure à 37,5 degrés, le golfeur se verra refuser l’accès au parcours.
- Arrivée des résidents de l’hôtel – Les résidents de l’hôtel peuvent y accéder à pied ou avec la navette de l’hôtel.
- Autorisation d’accès au golf – L’accès ne sera accordé que pour les réservations confirmées conformément à la feuille de départ et si l’heure de départ a été prépayée pour les résidents mauriciens.
- Accueil par le Caddy Master – Le Caddy Master informe le(s) golfeur(s) qu’il(s) doit(vent) porter son(leur) propre(s) sac(s) directement sur son(leur) buggy ou chariot.
- Services du Caddy Master – Aucun stockage de sacs de golf ne sera proposé. Aucune manipulation des sacs de golf par le personnel.
- Se rendre au magasin – Après avoir placé son propre sac sur son chariot ou sa voiturette, le golfeur sera invité à se désinfecter les mains et à se rendre immédiatement au magasin pour se faire enregistrer.
III. ENREGISTREMENT AU PROSHOP
- Entrée pour les golfeurs résidents mauriciens – Les golfeurs résidents mauriciens, ayant déjà payé à l’avance tous les articles, seront invités à se rendre directement au practice ou au 1er tee, à moins qu’ils ne demandent expressément à faire un achat au proshop.
- Entrée pour les golfeurs résidents de l’hôtel – Les golfeurs de Heritage Resorts, après avoir déposé leur propre sac sur leur buggy ou chariot, seront accueillis à l’entrée du proshop. Il leur sera demandé d’attendre sur les marquages de distanciation sociale au sol.
- Enregistrement des golfeurs de l’hôtel – Un maximum d’un invité et d’un membre du personnel peut être au comptoir à tout moment, deux autres personnes étant autorisées à entrer dans la boutique tout en respectant une distance sociale de 2m.
- Présentoirs de vêtements / aménagement de l’espace – Les présentoirs de vêtements seront réduits de moitié pour permettre une plus grande surface de plancher ouverte. Un nouvel agencement des présentoirs sera effectué pour permettre une circulation individuelle des personnes entrant et sortant de la boutique.
- Stylos pour la signature des factures – Une pile de stylos, c’est-à-dire suffisamment pour chaque personne, sera disponible dans un récipient propre sur le comptoir de la boutique et le client les placera dans le récipient “utilisé” après utilisation. À la fin de la journée, le personnel de la boutique nettoiera les stylos pour le lendemain.
- Machines à cartes de crédit – Les machines à cartes de crédit seront désinfectées après chaque utilisation.
- Espèces – Aucune espèce ne sera acceptée.
- Personnel du Proshop PPE – Suivre tous les points de la PON (procédure opérationnelle normalisée) du front office conformément à la PON des RH.
- Ventes – Les clients ne seront pas autorisés à toucher les vêtements ou à les essayer et devront demander l’aide du personnel de la boutique pour les voir. Une politique de toucher / acheter sera appliquée. Des désinfectants et des masques de marque seront en vente dans la boutique.
- Sortie – Une fois l’enregistrement terminé, les clients se dirigent vers les vestiaires ou la terrasse de départ en suivant les indications sur le sol.
IV. VESTIAIRES
- Portes – Les portes des vestiaires seront laissées ouvertes et la climatisation sera par conséquent arrêtée
- Toilettes – Une bouteille de désinfectant sera laissée dans chaque toilette à l’usage des clients avant et/ou après utilisation. Un couvercle de siège de toilettes en papier sera mis à la disposition des clients pour qu’ils l’utilisent et s’en débarrassent après usage.
- Savon à main – Disponible et rempli avec deux distributeurs aux lavabos
- Serviettes à main – Aucune serviette à main ne sera délivrée pour le séchage des mains
- Douches – Aucune douche ne sera disponible. Les douches seront fermées et aucune serviette de douche ne sera fournie.
- Sèche-mains – Le sèche-mains sera laissé en marche afin que les golfeurs puissent se sécher les mains à l’air libre
- Casiers – Aucun service de casier ne sera disponible. Les objets de valeur doivent être gardés sur soi.
V. TERRASSE DE DÉPART ET ZONE DE TRANSIT
- Chariots – Les chariots seront aseptisés et placés sur la zone de transit avant l’arrivée du golfeur. Les golfeurs mauriciens seront encouragés à apporter leur propre chariot.
– Les chariots seront disposés à 2 mètres les uns des autres.
- Buggies – Les buggies seront aseptisés et placés sur la terrasse de départ avant l’arrivée du golfeur.
– Un golfeur par voiturette, sauf pour ceux qui vivent déjà ensemble.
– Les voiturettes seront placées à 2 m l’une de l’autre.
- Briefing – Un starter fournira à chaque groupe une distanciation sociale et un briefing sur les mesures d’hygiène toutes les 15 minutes.
- Reçus papier – Aucun reçu papier ne sera accumulé par le personnel. Le client de l’hôtel peut montrer et conserver son reçu papier. Un reçu ne sera pas nécessaire pour les résidents mauriciens car tous auront effectué un prépaiement.
- iPad – Un iPad sera utilisé par le starter pour vérifier le paiement. L’iPad affichera la preuve d’enregistrement en temps réel.
- Distanciation sociale – Des panneaux et des autocollants au sol guideront les clients du proshop à la terrasse de départ et à la zone de stationnement des chariots.
- Location de matériel – Aucun matériel de location ne sera disponible pendant la période critique, c’est-à-dire les trois prochains mois.
- Chaises – Toutes les chaises des clients seront retirées du bureau des Relations Clientèles, du couloir du proshop et de la terrasse de départ.
- Cartes de pointage – Des cartes de pointage seront remises aux joueurs, mais il ne sera pas permis de faire des échanges de cartes.
VI. DRIVING RANGE, GREENS DE PRACTICE ET LEÇONS
- Balles de practice – 15 balles placées sur l’herbe par le personnel avant que le golfeur n’arrive sur le terrain
– Nettoyées tous les soirs avec du savon
– Recueillies une seule fois par jour à 17h
- Zones de frappe couvertes – Fermées
- Zones de frappe sur l’herbe – Espacées de 5 m, avec un maximum de 10 zones réparties sur la largeur du tee du terrain de practice
- Greens de practice – Des réducteurs de trou seront placés afin d’élever le niveau de la balle
- Leçons – Les leçons doivent être d’une durée maximale de 30 minutes
Le professionnel doit se tenir à 2 mètres du client et ne pas s’en approcher. Il est strictement interdit de se toucher.
VII. PENDANT LA PARTIE
- 1er tee – 1 seul départ autorisé à la fois
– Le starter informera à nouveau les golfeurs sur la distance sociale, l’hygiène et le protocole du parcours
– Recueilli une seule fois par jour à 17h
- Sur le parcours – Des réducteurs de trou seront mis en place afin que les golfeurs ne touchent que leur balle et non le mât du drapeau lorsqu’ils retirent leur balle du trou.
- Les golfeurs ne doivent jamais toucher le mât du drapeau.
– Les golfeurs doivent rester à 2 m l’un de l’autre.
- Bunkers – Aucun râteau ne sera laissé sur le parcours. Chaque chariot sera équipé d’un râteau et les golfeurs devront laisser des râteaux sur leur chariot de golf.
- Marshal – Le marshal du parcours surveillera la distanciation sociale
- GPS – L’écran du GPS sera opérationnel car il aura été aseptisé avant son utilisation.
- Lave-balles – Les lave-balles sur le parcours doivent être fermés et clairement identifiés comme un objet à ne pas toucher.
- Poubelles – Les poubelles doivent être fermées sur le parcours et clairement identifiées comme un objet à ne pas toucher. Les déchets doivent être gardés sur le buggy et jetés après la partie.
- Vestiaires – Les vestiaires seront ouverts pour le confort des golfeurs pendant la partie, mais ils doivent respecter la distanciation sociale et le protocole d’hygiène.
VIII. APRÈS LA PARTIE
- Voiturette de golf / Chariot résident mauricien – Le golfeur doit se rendre directement à sa voiture avec la voiturette de golf / le chariot qui doit être laissé (e) sur le parking du club de golf, puis récupéré (e) par le personnel et conduit (e) directement à la zone d’assainissement.
- Voiturette de golf / chariot client – Le golfeur doit se rendre au parking du club de golf, débarquer, laisser la voiturette de golf / le chariot dans la zone désignée et attendre sous la porte cochère avec son sac de golf. La voiturette / le chariot doit être récupéré (e) par le personnel et conduit (e) directement à la zone d’assainissement.
- Nettoyage des clubs – Aucun nettoyage des clubs par le personnel. Les clients de l’hôtel doivent apporter leur sac dans leur chambre et les golfeurs mauriciens doivent immédiatement mettre leur sac dans leur voiture après le parcours.
- Nettoyage des chaussures – Le personnel ne nettoie pas du tout les chaussures. Les clients de l’hôtel doivent emporter leurs chaussures dans leur chambre.
- Serviette rafraîchissante – Une serviette froide jetable sera offerte aux golfeurs en libre-service sur le comptoir de la terrasse de départ.
- Service de boissons – Aucun client ne sera autorisé à rester debout ou à avoir accès au bar ou au restaurant. S’ils veulent prendre un verre, ils doivent se rendre à la maison à mi-chemin et acheter une canette ou une bouteille à emporter.
- Vestiaires – Les vestiaires seront ouverts pour le confort des golfeurs après la partie, mais ils doivent respecter la distanciation sociale et le protocole d’hygiène.
